HOPE Clinic

Hope Clinic is a non-profit agency with a mission of providing free medical and dental care to uninsured, low income individuals and families in Washtenaw and Western Wayne County.  Their outreach also provides many basic needs through our food bank, laundry services and emergency financial assistance programs.

Over 8,000 medical visits are provided by volunteer nurse practitioners and other medical professionals to low-income, uninsured patients.  They are seeking volunteers to help the medic ally underserved.  Please contact Connie Hallom, Volunteer Coordinator at challom@thehopeclinic.org or 734-961-0548 with questions or to volunteer.

 


S.A.Y. Clinic

Established in 2008, S.A.Y. ("Super All Year") Detroit Family Health Clinic is the nation's first 24 hour / 7 day a week clinic devoted solely to helping homeless children and their mothers.  It provides both maintenance and preventative health care for the uninsured and underinsured.  Created independently from city funding and operated in cooperation with Detroit Rescue MIssion Ministries, S.A.Y. Clinic is a place where homeless families can seek basic medical attention and could use health care volunteers of various training levels (including students).  To volunteer, please call:  313-869-8569 or email clinic@saydetroit.org.


Oasis of Hope - Grand Rapids

Oasis of Hope is a faith based free clinic to those without insurance and 200% above poverty.  The clinic is in need of NPs, PAs and physicians.  A great place for the retired provider who would like to keep up their skills and at the same time give to the community. 


Neighbors Caring for Neighbors Clinic (NCNC) Warren Campus

NCNC is a free clinic that provides primary care services to the uninsured residents of Macomb County.  We are open on Thursday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  We are looking for individuals to commit to at least one shift per month, bi-monthly or even quarterly.

Volunteers must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, certified as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner, and have at least one year of primary care experience.
